Antonio and his teen age daughter Emelda are both handy. They built this five bedroom, two bath home for under 60k.
Though Antonio had to sell the family car to pay rent, he does plan to get another one some day. Or course, he can always use the garage as a workshop.
The first floor has an open plan, but with three separate spaces for family room, dining, and kitchen. The master bedroom is also on the ground floor along with a three-quarter bath.
Upstairs, there are three nice sized bedrooms, any of which could easily fit a double bed. And, there is another three-quarter bath. This one with a separate water closet.
Upstairs in the attic is yet another bedroom, again with lots of room for two, or even three.
Since Emelda and Antonio designed the home, you know they’ll be happy with their rooms.
The nursery contains two cribs, and could actually fit another, if needed.
The open floor plan living design is spacious, and the kitchen even has eat-in options.
You see there is lots of room for a family to interact and do their own things without getting in each other’s way. (Emelda enjoys a snack that Bernardo has made while Ana Maria plays with little Manuel as Amada and Antonio are chatting. Though the bathrooms are a bit on the small side, they’ve worked out fine. Antonio has already upgraded all the plumbing to be self-cleaning.
